Perlage tasting club
During the regular meetings of the Perlage Tasting Club our guests have an opportunity to taste wines from the finest wineries of the world. They also have a chance to learn how to pair them with food and water. This time we discovered how important is the glass from which we are tasting the wine. The workshop was held by Kornel Dura, who, for dozen or so years has been working at the family company Riedel. For over 11 generations the company had been designing and producing glasses, which are considered to be some of the best in the world. After the workshop we had the tasting menu of the chef of Water&Wine concept – Marek Flisiński. We were served among others Atlantic cod loin with goat buttermilk sauce, dill stems, sea trout caviar, and potato puree with bone marrow as well as bay leaf ice cream with apple vinegar granita.
